What does it mean to be an Official NAOFP Mentor?
When you become a NAOFP Mentor you are reaching out to up-and-coming professional women in your field who need your expertise and guidance to further their careers. 
Our NAOFP Mentors offer inspiration and support to women at different professional levels. In addition to serving as a source of encouragement and guidance, they can open doors by providing advice and referrals. What is the “NAOFP Mentor of the Year” Award?

The “NAOFP Mentor of the Year” award is a prestigious honor given to the woman who provides the most outstanding career advice and guidance to her NAOFP Mentees. The only way to be considered for this award is to be an active participant in our NAOFP Mentor Program.


As the “NAOFP Mentor of the Year,” you will receive a framed letter of recognition, as well as an award package including an assortment of gift certificates to show our appreciation. The “NAOFP Mentor of the year” will also receive a featured spot on our homepage.
What are the responsibilities of an Official NAOFP Mentor?
    •    Listening and providing feedback to your NAOFP Mentees.
    •    Guiding your NAOFP Mentees through her career goals.
